What a strong promise wherever the gospel; the story of Jesus - his life, teaching, death, resurrection is preached; Jesus affirms that Mary's deed shall be told too!! Look at the magnitude of the promise; Jesus's Great Commission was to spread the gospel of the kingdom throughout the world; so how deep was the promise!
Christ says; although the disciples blamed her action; her faith, love, and gratitude will be spoken throughout the world. This woman got a good name and report by her precious ointment; and if this woman's action was to be told for a memorial of her, how much Christ values our actions and attitudes! Even Christ's disciples blamed Mary for her action so when people blame us for our faith don't focus on what they say as long as our action is only to express our faith, trust and love for Christ instead let us focus on whAt Christ would say!!
